I book a cab as I usually do. I called half hour hour ahead to book my cab to work. He was late. My husband and I both called. We are regulars. When he finally arrived I got all excuses that were on trips .as a regular I expect my cab when call half hour ealy.. on the way up the hill my boss called as I was late. I have taken this company since it started. Not happy this morning.

They all make false promises, they take bookings before hand and assure you that they will come but they never do. Until you call them again. But by that time you are already late for where your suppose to go. I can totally understand 1 or 2 odd times when this happened but this has happened to me 3 times in a row! I was late for my work 3 days in a row because of their poor communication and service. They should already close their business if they cannot even operate properly in a small city like Brandon. I would have preferred to rate them in minus

Great service at a even better cost. Elite was very accommodating for our group of 11 that needed to a round trip from Brandon to Minnedosa. Very easy to work with, catered to our needs without breaking the bank. Shout out to our driver Roy who was very friendly and patient with our rowdy crew. Would definitely recommend

The staff have all been kind to my whole family. They would answer the phone and Address me by my name before I could say anything. They are promote and do let you know when they are backed up. They are the worth the wait when they are backed up.
